# Cutover and rollback workbook
A filled-in planning example with role placeholders. Every row starts Planned; no test, approval or production cutover is claimed.

Copy cutover-workbook.csv into your spreadsheet, replace roles with actual accountable people and attach dated evidence. Agree numerical thresholds, observation windows and escalation deadlines for the actual corridor/provider before go/no-go. No universal tolerance is implied by this template.

Routing rollback changes where NEW instructions go. It cannot rewind settled money, delete a ledger obligation or erase an in-flight payment. Preserve original identifiers and provider evidence; contain uncertain instructions and investigate them through the original route. Compensating financial actions need their own authorization and accounting treatment.

G04 depends on G01–G03. G05 requires G04. G06–G08 are prepared recovery and communication procedures, not proof they have been executed. G09 requires measured stability and explicit acceptance by operations, finance and support. Record a rejected gate as held rather than editing evidence to imply a pass.
